1. When choosing an annual subscription plan, you will prepay the full annual amount at once. The monthly equivalent rate is approximately 10% lower than the monthly plan.

3. SousakuAI subscriptions and credit top-ups are prepaid services. By completing your purchase, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the corresponding amount for the selected products or services.
4. For users in the European Union or other applicable regions: Before completing your purchase, you will be clearly informed that SousakuAI provides digital content/services that become available immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right.
5. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
6. If you choose to delete your account, all remaining credits and paid balances will be permanently cleared and will not be refunded.
